Customer requested to have the ability to customize the email notifications that go out to their users with an assigned training. Some items they would like to see customize able/editable include editing the URL to send users to their portal instead of the site, School Name, and ability to add further instructions.
The capability to be able to drag and drop the sort order of items under Custom Training. The up/down arrows take awhile when rearranging order when there are a lot of items.
I would like to be able to add captioning (file or by typing) to my videos I have uploaded.
Is there a way to allow for an image upload in the description section of custom training? Right now you have to have a URL for the image. It would be helpful to be able upload an image.
Specifically the custom section. There were a lot of great changes made in custom, but the training doesn't reflect any of them. I have had several customers request a training they can refer back to and I can't point them to that series.
Our district creates a lot of custom content and uses AtomicLearning to house/organize this content. When staff use the general search feature in AL to search, they don't always find the custom series, because they didn't use search terms that have an exact match to what we titled the series. Allow user to add a custom application to the list for a training that is being added into the My Schools Training series.
A few of my IT professors have asked if AL will have a feature that allows professors to include a custom skills assessment assignment that can be uploaded with an existing tutorial.
This can be accomplished by adding an additional assignment in Blackboard but imagine the possibility of creating your owns assessment that links to the tutorials and include that at the end of the tutorial.
It would nice to be able to create sub-units/categories under "My Schools Training". For example: I have created some custom training for 9th graders...9th grade would be the first level, and then I would be able to create all training associated with 9th graders into sub categories underneath.
Please add an option to add a roles or group feature so individuals can assign these rights. Custom is a great feature, however, those who create it do not want others to modify it. They want specific individuals to assign the training, however, they do not wan them to modify it. Thanks
Provide an opportunity for faculty/staff to submit learning outcomes for a specific software/technology. If the community confirms the need for a new skills assessment, a skills assessment would be generated in a 30-day period of time. Could also be a revenue generator for Atomic Learning.
