Google Calendar & Google Slides Skills assessments would greatly complement the existing Google Docs & Google Sheets assessments & the upcoming Gmail assessment(s) - these 5 are the most common Google Apps used in our setting & having skills assessments to go with the trainings would be very beneficial.
In a conversation I had with a current customer, she would like to see a new career skill series on how to take notes in class. Both from a handwritten note as well as how to take effective notes on a device. She has received messages from faculty members complaining that students do not know how to take notes and thought this would be a good series for incoming freshman to take.
Would like to see training on how to give an effective presentation. Things like how to present yourself during a presentation (i.e. stand up straight, try not to say "um" too many times, look up from your notes and make eye contact).
A few of my IT professors have asked if AL will have a feature that allows professors to include a custom skills assessment assignment that can be uploaded with an existing tutorial.
This can be accomplished by adding an additional assignment in Blackboard but imagine the possibility of creating your owns assessment that links to the tutorials and include that at the end of the tutorial.
