Allow schools to customize the box that has Getting Started Tips and What's Hot so schools can highlight training content or add links to on-site training opportunities.
It would be nice if when you created a hidden filter you could filter out more than 1 title or version at a time. I had to hide many older titles and multiple versions and it took a very long time.
In the My Training section there should be a recent history to show you the series/videos that you have watched in the past X days (I would say 14 days but that could be flexible). So if you leave a series it is quick and easy to pick up where you left off.
Skydrive is a great product to combine email, cloud based document storage, and Microsoft Office web apps. I know that web apps tutorials already exist, but a tutorial on how to create a Skydrive account and upload files would be great.
Would like to have group admins only be able to have access to the groups that they create or have ownership over instead of all of the institution's groups.
The capability to be able to drag and drop the sort order of items under Custom Training. The up/down arrows take awhile when rearranging order when there are a lot of items.
Title IX training is now a nationwide requirement for all faculty, staff and students. If not Atomic Learning we will have to go someplace else to find it.
Can you block users from advancing to the next tutorial in a series until they have watched the current one in its entirety? When I view staff times with OneNote 2013, for example, it states they've viewed 1h:24m of video, but the times between videos are unrealistic - 2 or 3 seconds between videos. Or, alternately, do not award viewers the time for the video if they close out of the video prematurely.
We just implemented Office 365 and Lync, and I'm searching for learning resources. There are many online, but I would love to refer employees and students to Atomic Learning for this. I saw one brief clip on Lync within the Office 365 series. Would love to have a dedicated series just focused on all the Lync features. Thanks
This would give the institution the ability to create a custom assessment using the format of the interactive assessment AL tool based on the needs of the institution.
While users are allowed to create their own training series from videos from Atomic Learning it would be nice to share that with users at other institutions and be able to see what other users are doing. Allowing access to custom uploaded content if the user allows it but also allowing the user to not let it be seen. It would be nice to have an admin option to only see the assignment process report for only the assignments I created, and not the whole building or district.
I would like to be able to add captioning (file or by typing) to my videos I have uploaded.
Given the amount of Chromebooks and extensive use of Google Apps for Education throughout the nation, I expect many districts will be in need of Google Classroom training upon release.
Update the series on the creation of a resume. Also taking it away from Word and putting it under Career Skills would be nice.
